As I've been working a lot this semester, I've been listening to a lot of house music to help me focus on my work. This starkly contrasts the music that's most often heard here, which is a mix of salsa, reggaeton, and sometimes norteños!
As I usually do, I go to the gym 5 days a week at most. I've been consistently going for the past few months, and it has been a great way to stay in shape. However, it has also been instrumental for my mental health, helping me stay more focused on my goals. I find it rewarding to see how I'm steadily improving my fitness and strength as I add more weight or improve my time in my mile runs.
