After cardio, I alternate strength training focusing on different areas, like legs, arms, core, etc. When I get home from the gym, I usually have a high-protein snack and then do yoga. I also enjoyed watching my friend play ping pong at my university during their lunch break, as well as seeing delivery drivers playing a game of street baseball on the patch of grass outside my job.
There were some intense interactions between the U.S. and Colombian governments this week. When Colombia's president, Gustavo Petro, refused to accept the deported migrants Trump sent back via military flights, Trump responded with a series of tariffs and threats to the Colombian government. Petro eventually accepted the deportees and responded with a passionate statement matching Trump's tariffs. Of course, everyone here has asked me how I feel about the situation since I am one of the few Americans they know in this country. It has been really interesting hearing different Colombians' perceptions of both presidents and how Colombians react when I share my opinions.
