What was the best meal this week?:

In Prague, I got to try some traditional Czech meals. My favorite meal was pečené vepřové koleno, which is pig knee. It was so delicious! The pig knee was served with fresh bread, hot mustard and pickled vegetables on a big wooden cutting board. It was about the size of a softball with a bone sticking out of the top. The outside of the pig knee was crispy and delicous. The inside was dark and fatty. I ate the pig knee with my new friend Sue, but it was so much that we couldn't even finish it!
