“My wife and I spend a lot of time with our three kids, we all travel once a month.”
Juan’s family is very adventurous and culturally competent. They love learning new languages, traveling, trying new things, exploring new places, and spending time together. Within the year, Juan’s goal is to create a TedTalk to express that it is possible to have your own business, have a social life, and have time for your loving family, as well.
“In Granada, we walk everywhere, but when we lived in Reunion Island, we used a car. Here in Granada we don’t own a car.”
Juan loves to walk to enjoy the nature and the beautiful city of Granada. I am amazed that this family does not own a car, but honestly, who needs a car when your family lives close by and everything you need is within walking distance?
Juan also loves to get around on his longboard. “One time my three kids and I went all the way up to the Alhambra (all up hill) and on the way back down all four of us rode on my longboard and everyone was scared for us.”
“I don’t like to wear formal clothes, I love to wear shorts and swimming trunks.”
It makes perfect sense why Juan doesn’t like to wear a lot of clothing, because he loves to travel. Think about it: if you traveled as often as Juan does, wouldn’t you want to pack as little as possible to make your travels easier?
