What main languages are spoken here?:

Umbria is still in Italy, so the main language spoken here is Italian. This small city is in the countryside, so less and less people speak English. 

What type of money is used here?:

The money currency here is still European dollars or Euros for short! 

How much does a bottle of water cost?:

A bottle of water here costs about €1 to €1.50 euros, which is about $1.40 to $1.70 U.S. dollars. 

What was the best meal this week?:

The best meal I had this week was a risotto dish! Risotto is an Italian dish where rice is cooked in some kind of broth and topped with vegetables or meat. I had it in a restaurant in Umbria and it was absolutely delicious! I added a little parmesan cheese to mine, which made it taste even better! 

What music did I listen to this week?:

I heard a lot of Italian music this week during my time in Umbria. I heard a broad range of upbeat and pop songs, along with a lot of opera songs since that is very popular here in Italy! 

What activity was the most fun this week?:

The activity that was most fun this week was the soccer game I went to! Florence was playing against Rome, which is the capital of Italy. It was a lot of fun because a lot of people get really into the games!
