How was the weather this week?:

A large storm swept across a large part of Ireland over this week, so, all at once, we experienced a little more wind and rain than we normally would. It is often cloudy and rainy here, especially at this time of year, but this bad weather is normally mixed in with some sunshine and times without rain, too.

One of the nice things about the weather here is that it doesn't ever get all that cold no matter the time of year it is. It pretty much never goes below the 30s (in Fahrenheit that is--the Irish use Celsius). Of course, it also never quite reaches the 70s here either. Again, in Fahrenheit. The Irish get really worried when you bring up temperatures in the 50s, let alone the 70s, because in Celsius you'd be dead!

What animals did I see this week? :

I saw a LOT of dogs of all shapes, colors and sizes in the park my room overlooks. The name of the park is Albert College Park. Seeing all of these dogs shows me people here love their pets too!

It is nice having the park right across the street from me.
