My buddy Andrew is a food junkie, so I wanted to fill his palette with the best Moroccan cuisine. They have some of the best food here, I swear! A cultural tradition here is to have couscous on Fridays. The couscous we had was exceptional, and Andrew was very satisfied! I took a nap afterwards... as we do after couscous. Ha-ha!
