What type of money is used here?:

Moroccan dirham (MAD). The current ratio is about 1USD to 9.5MAD. During the days of French colonization, the currency was called the franc and the riyal.

How much does a bottle of water cost?:

Bottles of water are either sold in a small 12oz bottle or in a liter and a half. They go for 3MAD or 7MAD.

What was the best meal this week?:

My buddy Andrew is a food junkie, so I wanted to fill his palette with the best Moroccan cuisine. They have some of the best food here, I swear! A cultural tradition here is to have couscous on Fridays. The couscous we had was exceptional, and Andrew was very satisfied! I took a nap afterwards... as we do after couscous. Ha-ha!

What music did I listen to this week?:

We have been in work mode and for some reason that equated to a lot of classic gangster rap and hip-hop to keep us going, like Dr. Dre and 2-Pac.
