The weather in Ireland is always changing. The one thing that is constant is the wind. It never stops! Some times it may be a nice breeze and other times it's a strong gust. I also see rain almost every day. However, the showers can last anywhere from a couple minutes to an hour with moments of sunshine in between.
I seen a small red deer this week. She was a female deer, which is called a "hind" here. She was not bothered by us and enjoyed eating her grass without paying attention to our group.
The coolest sight I saw in nature this week was when we hiked up to the top of a mountain and the ocean came in sight. It was not a wide open space of ocean, however. The ocean was dotted with many small islands.
More news coming soon!
