A bottle of water costs about 100円 or yen, so around 0.67 cents in US Dollars (149.05円 JYP = $1 USD)! There's a variety of locations and places where you can easily buy a water bottle, such as from a vending machine, a convenience store (Konbini / コンビニ) or a supermarket (Sūpāmāketto /スーパーマーケット). Water bottles also come in a variety of sizes from different companies and brands, just as the water bottles in the United States come from brands such as Poland Spring, Nestle or Evian.
The best meal I had this week was gyoza, a type of meat dumpling wrapped in a thin piece of dough which is then fried to crispy perfection! This one gyoza restaurant in Shibuya serves about 40 gyoza dumplings on one plate and comes with an ample amount of spicy soy sauce to dip them in. Definitely one of the best meals I've had here in Tokyo this week.
I've been listening to a lot of songs made by Louie Zong recently! Louie Zong is a musician, songwriter, illustrator and content creator who made a lot of different content online! You might recognize some of his content such as the songs, 'Ghost Duet' and, 'Hello World'. I've recently liked listening to his track called 'Hold on, Please!' I recommend checking out Louie Zong's content!
A really fun and random activity that happened this week was when I stumbled across a Duolingo pop-up event in the middle of Shibuya! Duo the owl mascot appeared and it was a very surreal and memorable experience, for sure.
