It rains so much that the streets flood for a bit, making it harder to get around.
The buildings in Puebla are built so they are better able to resist earthquakes. They are made with strong walls and columns. There are also signs posted all over Puebla telling people where to go in case of an earthquake. The city practices earthquake drills the same way we practice fire drills!
