Since I arrived in France this week, I traveled about 3,600 miles.
I started my journey in the state of Wisconsin, which is where I go to school. Then I traveled to New York, which is where my family lives. FInally, I travelled from New York to Paris. So far, that makes my journey about 4,600 miles.
This week in Paris, I took their version of the subway, which they call the Metro. The Metro is a large network of underground trains that connect different parts of the city and its suburbs.
The most interesting place I visited was a cemetery where many famous French people are buried. I recognized many artists and writers I have learned about over the years.
Paris is full of interesting buildings, art and people!
