The weather during my week trip was beautiful! In Barcelona, during the mornings it would be a little chilly. By noon the sun was fully out, and it was nice and warm. Often, it would get very hot! Madrid, however, was very different. While on some days it would be a little sunny, most days were gloomy and cloudy. There was a lot of wind. We were very cold while in Madrid!
I got to see many cats and dogs walking around with their owners but, unfortunately, did not get to see any cool wild animals.
The coolest thing I saw in nature this week was getting to go up one of the highest monuments in Barcelona! At the top of the National History Museum, you can get a beautiful view of the city. The way the sun was shining over the buildings, the noise from all of the cars and buses, and the sight of all of the beautiful parks made the view very nice and peaceful.
