What main languages are spoken here?:

The main langugage spoken in Puebla is Spanish. Everyone speaks Spanish, and the most popular second language is English. I mainly use Spanish to communicate with the people of Puebla. 

What type of money is used here?:

The currency used in Puebla is the peso. The peso is used in all of Mexico. The typical paper bill pesos are 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500. There are also 1, 2, 5, and 10 peso coins. One peso is worth about 5 cents in the United States. What are the typical paper bills in the U.S.?

How much does a bottle of water cost?:

A bottle of water costs less than 20 pesos, depending on the size. That is equivalent to about one U.S. dollar. 

What was the best meal this week?:

While in Puebla I am living with a host family. My host mom cooks us three meals a day, which means I get to try all sorts of different foods. This week the best meal I had were enchiladas. An enchilada is a tortilla that is rolled up with a filling (mine had chicken), and covered with a sauce. They were a bit spicy, but very delicious. 

What music did I listen to this week?:

While in Puebla I am taking a dance class. So far we have learned how to dance salsa and cumbia, so this week I have been listening to salsa and cumbia music. My favorites are the songs by Selena, a famous singer from Texas.
