Today, I interviewed a kid in my town! Her name is Genesis, and she is ten years old. She is excited to tell you what her life is like in Peru! Genesis is not just an ordinary kid; she is my host sister, and we live together!
For breakfast, I drink Milo (hot chocolate) with bread. For lunch, I eat chicken, rice, and potatoes. For dinner, I sometimes eat cake, pie, or other baked sweet goods with tea.
My house has a kitchen, and there are a lot of beautiful plants. Also, I can play on the patio. I have a living room where I can watch movies. My house is made out of adobe!
Every day, I make my bed and water the plants. Sometimes, I help prepare and cook the food. I also walk to the store to get food or cooking materials for my mom and dad whenever they need me to.
My dad works for the municipal government, and my mom is a teacher. My dad works with people who have disabilities, and my mom works in an elementary school!
