Each region in South Korea has its own special foods based on what’s available nearby. In Busan, seafood is a big part of the local diet, and it definitely tastes fresher there than in places farther from the coast, like Seoul, where I live now.
My trip to Busan wouldn’t have been complete without trying their famous seafood. I’m so glad I had the chance to taste this special dish right by the ocean!
