Here is where I spent all day with my sister, soaking up the heat from the water and talking about our travels in Hungary.
We had to remember to drink a lot of water though. The hottest pool was 102 degrees. That makes you sweat a lot and lose the water in your body, so we were always refilling our water bottles to make sure we didn't get sick.
A lot of Budapest was destroyed in World War II. Around 60% of the city was flattened by the explosions of war. The whole city had to be rebuilt for people to live in again. So all the pictures you see of Budapest are the new buildings after the war, even though a lot of them look very old.
