Discovering Camels and the Beauty of Nature

In this town, I also saw the most beautiful flowers and roses I have ever seen. They were so vivid in color.

How did I feel when I saw it?:

When I first saw the camel in Morocco, I got very emotional and my heart filled with joy. Imagine seeing five camels walking along the beach enjoying their day with their family. Camels are animals that I had previously only seen in movies, and imagine my feelings when I finally got to hug one, ride one, pet one and take a picture of myself next to one! I wanted to bring a camel back home with me to have as my friend!

Back in Spain when I saw the grapes, my mouth started watering because they looked so fresh, juicy, and ready to eat. There were also so many fresh purple/bluish grapes that I was tempted to eat a whole vine of them, I am sure no one would have noticed.

Where does it live?:

Even though I saw camels in Morocco, there are not now many camels there. Before cars were invented, camels were used often in Morocco as a means of transporting goods. Camels are very strong animals, so they are able to carry heavy cargo without damage. There are two types of camel: Arabian and Bactrian. Arabian Camels live mostly in north Africa and the Middle East while the Bactrian camels live in Asia. Both types of camel like to live near desert landscapes or prairies. As a defense mechanism, camels have a third eyelid to protect their eyes from blowing sand. Camels like to stay together with their family and are led by a male camel.

Grapes are grown throughout Spain because Spain is a wine producing country. Wine is made from grapes and wine is a big part of the Spanish culture, so a lot of grapes are grown here.
