In comparison, the spiders and tigers need their natural instincts to survive. For example, the spider's web is essential to its survival. The web is its home, providing tactics of obtaining food and securing safety. Some spiders within these jungles have webs so massive that they sometimes capture birds. This was surprising to me because it is difficult for me to imagine a spider eating a bird, but it evidently happens often. The tiger uses its natural instincts for survival as well. The large cat has a remarkable sense of smell that helps it locate prey as well as avoid danger. In addition, the cat uses the jungle vegetation for camouflage.
For both the elephant and tiger, the greatest danger is interaction with human beings. Humans hunt both of these rare large creatures, and it is now illegal to kill both of these animals. While both animals are endangered, tigers have frighteningly low populations. However, there are many more elephants who live in unethical conditions and are not treated as they should be. There are many farms, for example, that use their animals for excruciating labor. I believe that these majestic creatures are truly beautiful, and they should not be hunted and used for the pleasure of human beings.
