The most fun activity this week was going to a restaurant through a secret passageway. The front door to the restaurant looks like the front of a washing machine in a laundrymat, but it is actually the way to get inside. I have always been interested in secret passageways, so I was very excited.
I am trying to improve my French language skills, so I started a book in French by a famous French writer. It will take me a long time to read it because there are many words I do not know. Each time I come to one of these words I look it up in the dictionary.
I did not play any sports or games this week, but I have been walking a lot.
Adjusting to the time difference between France and the United States has been difficult. In the first two days I wanted to sleep very late into the day.
