Using a special tool that looked like a rake, he spread the dough all over the pan. Then, after the crepe sat for a minute, he took a spatula to flip the pancake-looking dough, which was now golden brown. With his Nutella jar, he spread chocolate all over the crepe and served it to me!
Our whole group was excitely watching him make it, and even happier to try the crepe afterwards!
