For example, the Chinese name "Ke Lin" would be changed to the English name Colin. Some people also just choose whatever English name they like if they don't want to make their names sound alike. One of her classmates  has the English name "Godzilla". Some kids belong to an aboriginal tribe, so they also have an aboriginal name. Being aboriginal means they are part of the group of native people of Taiwan who lived there long before it became the country it is today. Nana's tribe is called "Amis", and some of their Amis names are Su'u, Panay, Kalang and Ahin. 

What subjects do you study in school, and which one is your favorite?:

Mark has Mandarin Chinese class, English, Math, Science, Computer class, Gym, and integrative activites, which combines a lot of different subjects together in different activities. 

Hannah said she has all the same classes as regular kids do, but she also has a class about her aboriginal tribe, Bunun, where the students learn about their culture and how to speak Bunun. 

What is your homework like?:

Mark said for English class, they usually have some workbook pages to do for homework. Other than that, they have math homework and Chinese writing practice. 

What do you like to do after school? Do you have a favorite sport or game?:

Nana said she likes to practice her bamboo bell instrument or sing after school in the Amis music classroom. 

Sean likes to watch basketball, especially Stephen Curry on the Golden State Warriors. 

Who is your favorite famous person?:

Nana said that a lot of kids at her school also like Stephen Curry, a famous basketball player from the US!
