The trip to Valparaíso is only a short, one-hour bus ride. It is also very cheap to purchase a bus ticket. I think it was five dollars.
So far on this journey, I traveled over 5000 miles from Pennsylvania to Santiago, Chile. I then took an 800 mile round-trip journey to Pucon and a 2000 round-trip to San Pedro de Atacama! My trip to Valparaíso was 70 miles there and back. So I have been making the most of my time abroad!!
I used a bus to travel this week.
The most interesting place I visited in Valparaíso was the cemetery. It is full of beautiful sculptures, and it is situated high above the city on a hill. I really enjoyed seeing the city from this new perspective.
