I started my week traveling 474 km (295 mi) to Warsaw. From Warsaw, I traveld 2,264 km (1,401 mi) to Edinburgh. I traveled by bus to Glasgow for one day. Glasgow is 75 km (47 mi) from Edinburgh. I then flew from Edinburgh to Vienna, Austria. That flight was 2,105 km (1,308 mi). From Vienna, I took a train 528 km (328 mi) back to Košice.
Traveling to Glasgow is the furthest I have traveled so far. It is the furthest I think I will travel until I head home.
This week, I got around by plane, train, bus and Uber. My main form of transportation this week was my feet. In one week a person should try to walk 70,000 steps. My feet walked 125,000 steps this week!
The most interesting place I visited this week was Old Town Edinburgh. I got to take a free walking tour, where I learned a lot about Scottish history and culture. There is a lot of interesting history because Edinburgh is a medieval city. Most of the buildings in Old Town Edinburgh were built in the 1300s or 1400s.
