Transportation in Exeter

Introduction:

There are different means of transportation in the city of Exeter. There are both free ways and paid options to get around the city. It is all up to you and how you feel on certain days. Using different kinds of transportation helps people find new places in the city.

How do people get around?:

On days with nice, sunny weather, people tend to either walk or ride their bikes more often. On the average chilly day in the city, people will lean more towards riding the bus, getting a taxi, or driving their cars. If someone chooses to ride the bus or call a taxi, they will have to pay a certain amount of money based on how far they would like to go. Buses cost less money than taxis, but taxis can take people to more places. If someone is trying to leave the city or find an even cheaper option, people will take the train.

How did I feel when I tried this way of getting around?:

Whenever I have to get around, I feel safe and secure, but I can get a little confused sometimes. Whenever I have been confused, the people of Exeter have been more than happy to help me. Whenever I do not know which bus stop or train to get off, the bus drivers or conductors have always answered my questions to the best of their abilities.
