Meet my Italian Professor!

Introduction:

Mrs. Guerra was born and raised in Italy. She lived here for 36 years before moving to the United States. Some of her family is still in Italy, so she visits often. She speaks Italian, along with other languages, and also teaches Italian classes back in California. I can't wait for you all to read about and get to know one of my favorite professors!

What is your full name?:

"My full name is Daniela Zappador Guerra."

Where do you live? What is your house like?:

"I live in the United States, but I lived in Italy for 36 years. Every summer, I come back to Italy and stay in my house in the mountains. It is a small townhouse on the border of Italy and France."

What is your family like?:

"I have a family of four. My family consists of my husband and my two daughters. One is 27, and one is 23."

How do you get around?:

"For short distances, I drive my car. For further distances, I take the train and walk."

What types of clothing do you like to wear?:

"My mom was a seamstress, which is someone who sews clothes. Because of this, I am picky of the quality and stitches of my clothing. I like clothing that is handmade and I prefer to buy my clothes from small shops and boutiques. Some fabrics I like are natural cotton, linen and wool."
